[Feature Request] Being able to use different "Video blocked message"s for different stuff

Right now we can enter a custom message when content is blocked by the extension. But let's say I have 10 different channels that I want to block, and I want to be able to enter a custom reason for blocking a specific channel. For the future me. Eg. "Channel 1" : I am not interested. "Channel 2": Rude creator "Channel 3": Plagiarist ...

Thank you for creating the extension. I just got it and this is something I immediately felt I needed.
