[Feature Request] Option to not block videos in "Watch Later" list

I have a very long watch later list (4k+ videos) and often videos which are already on my watch later list appear in recommendations when I'm watching said list. If I block these recommended videos (because I don't need a recommendation for again it since I'm going to watch it anyway eventually), the watch later list will skip the blocked videos when I get to them on the list, unless I click on them.

It would be nice if the videos in watch later list would not be blocked/skipped in this way. An option to prevent this happening for those who do perhaps odd things like me would be nice :)
