[Feature request] Please keep a public database of channels

There should be a public database of commonly blocked channels. It should be crowdsourced and updated regularly. Users can submit the media/news channels and include it as a preset in the addon. Similar to the way Adblock filter lists work.

A single "official" database wouldn't be flexible, and would probably require a server for amitbl to maintain.

As an alternative, having support for multiple "filter lists" like what ad blockers have can be an interesting addition. That way, everyone could pick and choose the things they want to block, instead of one giant list that's either on or off.

That would be great.. I would be very interested in a filter list with all those "5 minute life hacks" that are popping up everywhere
