[Feature request] Exempt specific channels from video title blocking rules

First I would like to say thank you @amitbl for this much-needed addon! I use BlockTube in suggestions hide-only mode, and it makes surfing Youtube so much nicer! :smiley:

The keyword-based video title blocking is useful for broadly filtering videos by subject. But one reason I use BlockTube is not to entirely filter out a particular subject, I only seek to filter out certain ways of presenting said subject.

It would be great to be able to specify a list of channel IDs whose videos should not be filtered out based on video title, so that "known-good" channels don't get thrown out with the bathwater, so to speak.
