Odd behavior: Context menu changes and blocked channels reappearing

Hello,

I think YT may be doing some changes behind the scenes. As of today, videos in the first five or so rows of the YT home page don't have the block options in the context menu. Videos in the rows below do. Also, many channels I've explicitly blocked reappear. I always watch YT without logging in, in case that makes a difference.

Hello, It started happening again this morning.

Addendum: It is intermittent. Works most of the time, occasionally the context menu does not offer the block options.
