`rankLangs` doesn't pass the test

Hey @amirziai, I cannot figure out why the following function failed the test. Do you have any clue?

[Test Description] 'rankLangs' run on the dataset provided in object WikipediaData returns the correct ranking (in descending order) [Observed Error] res was false [Lost Points] 1

@yzhong52 not sure, I think at the time I wrote the code the unit tests were outdated so I had to drop a couple of requirements to make them pass. They have been updated since.
