[Feature Request] Double tap to sleep while in homescreen

This feature is most necessary in modern smartphone. if Phones could double tap on screen to wake , then there should also be an option to double tap on empty space of homescreen to put the device on sleep.(OneUI has this feature i dont know if anyother OEM skins that has this ).can you please add that feature plase.

I'm a year late, but to anybody still figuring it out, go to accessibility > installed apps > pick one of the "Shade Launcher" options > enable
