BUG: Tray icons too high up on tall phones

Device is an LG G7 (18.5:9 aspect ratio).

Any icons placed in the "tray" area of the launcher have a large gap between the bottoms of the icons and the Navbar, almost enough space that it looks like you can place another app icon in them.
