Launcher resets home screen layout of all pages except the main one after a theme change

I'm using the latest version with the latest Pixel Bridge. Whenever I change the theme, the launcher deletes all my home screens except the main one.

I'm using a One Plus 7 Pro Android version 9 Oxygen OS v9.5.3

I'm having the same issue on OnePlus 6T. I noticed it's also happening when restarting the phone

Thankfully it has yet to happen when I reboot, and I've done that a few times...still, very annoying, especially when you have 200+ apps.

I have the same issue on a Samsung Galaxy S10

Android Version: 9 OneUI Version: 1.1 Launcher Version: 3.9.1
