Icon pack preference for app is not kept after updating app

I am using Google Icons as icon pack with Launcher3. And there are some applications that I want to use original icon, therefore I have turned icon pack off for those specific applications. Unfortunately, when I update Google Icons app, those settings are reset, and I have to set up again.

Can you store the settings somewhere so that it can be reloaded after updating Google Icons app?
