[chore] Modify dependence header file introduction method

I modified the CMakeLists.txt file in root directory.

When I add DuckX as a CMake subdirectory, the dependence pugixml-v1.9 conflict with OpenXLSX pugixml-v1.11, it causes OpenXLSX uses pugixml-v1.9 in DuckX and compile failed.
