GovCloud Unable to get mapping "BucketMap::us-gov-west-1::BucketName"

Issue : Trying to create a deployment for a GovCloud account.

Error Message : "Error connecting to AWS or deploying CloudFormation template An error occurred (ValidationError) when calling the CreateStack operation: Template error: Unable to get mapping for BucketMap::us-gov-west-1::BucketName"

Issue can be reproduced and running on version 1.1.0.

Confirmed, the issue also exists on version 1.2.0 for GovCloud .
