Distinguish indefinite pronouns (German)

When indefinite anaphors are prohibited, this should apply to pronouns as well. In German this applies both to PIS of the kind "einen" (acc. of 'man'), and some other forms ('viele').

Example:

Auf der Straße waren plötzlich [alle Kinder]. [Viele] wollten tanzen.

Coref applies iff lex.filters["allow_indef_anaphor"] (NB 'viele' is in deu/pronouns.tab)
