Flat hierarchy warning not working on multinucs

Spans or EDUs with two incoming relations trigger a warning if the hierarchical warning mode is switched on. However this does not currently work for multinucs with two or more incoming satellite-nucleus relations. Compare the following (in both cases 2-3 should be highlighted):
