Add World Circuit + F1GP Enhanced

I think it would be worth adding World Circuit in addition to Formula One Grand Prix for the slight bump in FPS. It can be found as WorldCircuit_v1.0_NTSC.lha

I would love to add the WHDLoad configuration that has the increased frame rate, but the Dropbox link does not seem to work?
