Add CD32 and CDTV

Just so they appear as CD0 on workbench, I can insert chd, and sorted.

Reading the forums, change this, change that, copy L to your mams house, make sure you flags are set to semaphore showing the Beatles Help cover, then do this, do that. You get the idea. I'd be really greatful. Many thanks, Andrew.
