vscode shortcuts do not appear for the insiders build

vscode shortcuts are included for the standard build and work perfectly but do not appear for the insiders build for early adopters. the shortcuts are the same. would love for pretzel to have them available for both builds.

@hezhizhen would you mind describe more specifically? I've tested on Atom, Sublime and Opera and they all worked. Not aware of any of them has "insider build" like vscode. Thanks!

You can find them by using brew cask info XXX.

@amiechen By the way, is it possible that the beta versions and the stable versions do not share the same shortcuts?
