qctools.mkv file no longer plays

If I recollect correctly, this file was a video representation of the quality against time.

I'm just noticing that while it plays (i.e. the play head moves along the time window in e.g. vlc), there is no video. It used to work, so I assume an update has broken it. Can anyone else confirm this is still working on latest version? I.e. if so I will need to delve deeper into why.

Also, I'm not actually sure if QCTools is bundled in with vrecord or if it's separate, perhaps this needs to go upstream?
