feature request: Make vrecord files compatible with Black Magic Media Express

I remember some time ago getting an ffmpeg string from @dericed that flipped a few options in MOV files that made them playback in Media Express. I know there are other options for playing back files (Premiere, Shotcut) but thought it might be worthwhile to request that vrecord MOV files natively work with Media Express playback. Very low priority!

This is related to http://trac.ffmpeg.org/ticket/4589. Blackmagic's Media Express is needlessly picky about handling quicktime data reference atoms. Possibly vrecord could overwrite the atom after capture, if other blackmagic compatibilities are set.

@dericed for now, what's the best way to re-write the files so that they work in Black Magic? Is there a place we can put hat info?
