Customisable Disable Pi-Hole durations

I'd like to be able to customise the durations that Pi-Hole's can be disabled for. The 10 seconds option seems to be a bit short in practise for my devices to pick-up the change before it re-enables and I'd like to be able to add a 30 minute option. Thanks.

I'll add this in 2.0. I figure I will make the entire disable menu customizable, so you can add and remove what levels you want. For instance if you have a family member who wants to disable time to time, you can leave them a custom duration and remove the "permanent" option so they don't accidentally disable it permanently and forget to turn it back on.
