Support thwaite-nes and Nova the Squirrel

Neither of these games work with SimpleNES: https://github.com/pinobatch/thwaite-nes https://github.com/NovaSquirrel/NovaTheSquirrel

I am not sure what is missing, but the video on both of them has problems.

These were tested on SimpleNES commit 9fec80c9dd30f6dfc61c9e130f718fee0ec6b20a using the latest releases for the games as of 2024 December 8.
