Need to add Codeforces Handle in the profile page.

Improve model by adding a new column for codeforces handle, do corresponding changes to the views and templates and have to display that in the profile page.

@rammanoj I think what @sarvanideekshitula, wants is the showcase of her codeforces profile (a competitive programming website) along with other IDs like github, linkedIn etc. inside her profile. I will be happy to add it :+1:

I meant exactly what @aswinshenoy said. It will be good if we can add a Codeforces icon along with GitHub and LinkedIn which redirects to Codeforces profile.
