Summary:

Increment/Decrement buttons present next to the Batch input field, currently allows invalid values to be displayed.

Expected behavior:

Increment/Decrement buttons present next to the Batch input field should only display valid inputs i.e, an appropriate minimum possible value should be displayed and not any negative integer value.

Observed behavior:

Increment/Decrement buttons present next to the Batch input field allows invalid values like negative integer values to be displayed

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to the sign up page
2. Keep clicking on the decrement button present next to the Batch input field
