Default to Mordern builds in next Major version

Currently the preset by default transpiles for IE 11 as part of the "not dead" browser list. As nearly all browsers become "greenfield", self updating, it is becoming safer to transpile only for the most recent versions.

babel-preset-amex allows for a "modern" option to be passed which will transpile for the common browsers n-1. This should become the default in the next major version.
