Add --auto-import-ca Option to speed up tests in Chrome

I updated from Cypress 12 to 15 and was checking if my workaround can be removed... So now I am wondering if this is still an issue in with Chrome...

Another workaround: deleting the app data helped But of course loses the edits (it was only 1 in my case so I did not export it)
