Right-click convert claim to effect

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Oftentimes, claims are justified by pointing at an effect or component of a solution. This is fine and dandy, but it'd probably be better to extract this to an effect/component node so that it can be clearly seen in the problem mapping, and easily reused by connecting to other nodes in the problem mapping.

Example: Here, "no social support" would be useful as a component of "True Capitalism" because it is also a reason that "True Capitalism" does not embody "Supports those who cannot support themselves"

Describe the solution you'd like Right-click on a support or critique to convert it to an effect/component node. After doing so, close the claim view and make sure the newly-added node is clearly displayed on the screen.

Note: maybe this should be "create x from claim" rather than "convert" - if you convert, then yes it'll be usable from the problem mapping, but you'll lose the information that the x was supporting (or critiquing) some claim. Seems also useful to be able to have a claim actually point to x for justification when x is in the problem mapping.
