Cannot upload same mapping twice

Describe the bug If a upload a map, modify it, and try to reupload, the state does not change to use the reuploaded map.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Upload any map
2. Observe state changes to that map
3. Modify the map (reset is clearest)
4. Reupload the same map
5. Observe state does not change

Expected behavior State changes to that reuploaded map
