Some issues about the prior_box

Thanks for your great job! But when I read your code, i find some problems that confuse me. In the prior_box.py / class PriorBox(object), maybe about the line 34, i find you use the f_k rather than the f to normalize the center coordinates, that results in the real coordinate is not at the center, just deviation to right for each cell, is it some bug or you make it Intentionally? As a result, when it come to the rightmost cell, the result of center is just 1, just at the right edge of the image, I think it is meaningless. Please reply me if you are free, best wishes!
