More settings added

[ferferga]

Added settings for changing the day's labels (useful if you want all your modules adapted to your languague) and for showing the real steps, instead of using the prefix k when the step count is above 1000.

Also, I tried to modify the readme in order to ease the understanding of the new settings.

@amcolash If you are merging this PR, please, remember to update line 84 of readme and replace ferferga with your GitHub's username, amcolash, because, if I delete my fork after the merge, the image will no longer be displayed in the readme, as it points to my fork instead of your original repository.
