Modpack names with a : won't install

I've been using this without issues until I tried to install fischco: City Construction Challenge I. It can find it with search and with show but when I try to install it, it says it can't find it. Is is because there is a colon in the title?

I had the same error when i forgot the path to install and the option "--version".
