Italy Maps - Abruzzo still wrong

In all js and svg (italyHigh / italyLow) Abruzzo has the wrong code IT_65 instead of IT-65

This repository is updated whenever new version of JavaScript Maps is released.

I suggest you grab the maps from the URLs above, until the package is updated.
