Memory leak

I found memory leak in chrome. image Chrome version is 68.0.3440.106.

Can you provide more details about the leak?

Memory seems to grow for a while, then it stops for me. Presumably when Chrome's garbage collector starts kicking in.

I used "Performance Monitor(Windows)" and checked "Virtual Byte" and "Working Set" this process(Chrome). Both item is grown and not stop for me when force garbage collector on devTools. Sample HTML page is here. leakPage.zip

I tested older version(3.20.6) and newer version(3.21.14)
