Upgrade pdfmake version to 0.1.32

As per the issue I raised on pdfmake here, I'm unable to export my charts as pdf. Please could you update the pdfmake version in the export plugin to version 0.1.32 in order to use the latest version of the Buffer implementation?

Upgrading pdfmake version takes time and effort. There have been some breaking changes beweek minor versions before, so we're taking it slow.

We will update eventually, though.

Meanwhile, I suggest you replace the version of pdfmake that comes with amCharts with your own newer version.
