wrong month grouping for leap Years

Hallo I ran into the issue. Help is needed.

Where: Stockchart. Data: Weekly Datapoints with dates and values.

Issue:

Charts displays always the last date of the month in the yearly view. When user zooms in (period under 1 Year) charts shows weekly Datapoints.

Charts does a mistake in Leap Years by grouping the datapoint. 29.02.2016 is grouped together with January.

If i change the datapoint to the first of the month is works correctly.
