Proofing -- add buttons for adding vedic accents

We should add buttons for adding in vedic accents, as they are normally hard to type (e.g. बा॒)

+1. This is an important considering we are adding many texts (veda mantras) with swara.

Great idea. My only uncertainly is the UX. Should we display these accents as ॑ ॒ or as अ॑ अ॒ in the menu? And what other accents are worth including?
