Proofing - toggle text markers

Purpose

Say user wants to change text marked with error to unclear. Today, user needs to manually remove error and add unclear.

Desired

A toggle button on markers will be helpful to take syntactic sugar out of the proofreaders view and workflow.

Doing this right is quite a large task -- the way forward here to would be to continue @shreevatsa's work on ProseMirror for structured text content. @shreevatsa is there anything I can do there to help?

Yes I'll take a look at this over the weekend — may be a couple of hours' work but unlikely I'll be able to look before then. If I'm still stuck at the end of Sunday we'll think of alternative solutions…
