Add support for the Terratec T Stick+, re-enable support for for the device with productId USB_PID_GOLDENBRIDGE_WARM (previously broken because productId USB_PID_LEADTEK_WARM_3 was added to the middle of rtl2832u_usb_table, without making adjustments to any of the dvb_usb_device_properties structure definitions).
