Support for kernels 3.3 and 3.4

Driver support for kernels 3.3 and 3.4. Used #ifdefs - it still compiles and works with 3.0 and 3.1.

Tested on Fedora 16, with Leadtek WinFast DTV Dongle MINI.

can you make support for kernel 3.6 and mainly for kernel 3.7 ? I have this device: 1d19:1102 Dexatek Technology Ltd. DK mini DVB-T Dongle

Hello! As I see, RTL2832U is already included in latest kernel - but is DVB-C supported in it? I tried to use an EZTV 668 USB adapter (RTL2832U+FC0013) with VLC Player, but i got strange message every time: unknown paramters. Or only DVB-T is available in it?
