Link `crystal docs` to be more easily accessed

The existing Granite docs are pretty good, but far from comprehensive. The actual crystal doc docs should be given somewhere, without generating it locally.

Would it make sense to move the current docs, which are more guide-like, to the repo's Wiki, and then have Crystal's generated docs become the new docs folder?
