Form loading placeholder

In order to prevent the sudden appearance of the form, it would be nice to have a placeholder loading system similar to Firefox Proton so that the form doesn't just suddenly appear

What does it look like in proton?

For every line of data, there is essentially just a loading bar to show "there is going to be data here, but we don't have it quite yet". It helps ensure users are aware the process isn't stuck as well as helping prevent the UI from jumping around when data finally arrives
