What package is missing from Amazon Linux 2023? Please describe and include package name. uv

Any additional information you'd like to include. (use-cases, etc) uv is a new python management package that is extremely fast. It can be installed via pip, however the pip is just installing the rust app in the global path. so it is a little weird when there are multiple versions of python and pip on the box.

It would be much nicer to just install w/ the native package manager
