[Feature Request] - In-place upgrade from AL2 to AL2022 or AL2023

I want an easy way to upgrade from AL2 to latest AL, even if I have to do incremental upgrades first.

I know this isn't officially supported but I was wondering if anybody did it or found and test a way.
