Please add ClamAV 1.5.0 to Amazon Linux 2023 repository

ClamAV 1.5.0 was released today. Could we get it added to the repo? I know a few people have been waiting for this as it has the latest changes to make it FIPS compatible.

@GirlieNinja , It looks like we'll stick with LTS. At least for now.

Are there any plan to revisit this since the changes required to make clamav work with AL2023 with FIPS enabled won't be backported to 1.4.x LTS ? https://github.com/Cisco-Talos/clamav/issues/564#issuecomment-3410895008
