Consider not pushing the aws-sdk into the hosting bucket of the app

By default, I get the following unwanted files in the <project name>-hosting-mobilehub-123456789 S3 bucket of my app:

9 objects, 7 MB, and they all seem to be unnecessary.

@baharev: We are adding this task to our backlog. When you create the bucket we put some content in there for you to showcase the Sample Web app, but we should clear out that folder before you do an awsmobile publish.
