Documentation Update

Can you please update the documentation here to include all the latest features of version 2.0.1, and can you specifically add to the documentation, the details regarding usage of jvmRoute in the server.xml. Not only how/when to use it, but also how to generate unique jvmRoute when scaling up/down in ElasticBeanstalk. Please update references to the JAR version of this package, and also any updates to the version of Tomcat supported.
