.bat equivalent of createResources.sh

Good day.

I would like to ask if anyone has tried initiating the project on Windows and if there is a createResources.bat that I can use to hasten my development. Thank you!

@delose, version with patched "/tmp" path handling can be run e. g. from git bash on windows: https://github.com/pmstss/aws-cognito-angular-quickstart/blob/master/aws/createResources-win.sh
