Exported file is empty after skipped deployment

Version: 1.4.1 File format: Typescript

Something I noticed, when I have a skipped deployment on serverless deploy the exported file (in my case AwsExports.ts) goes empty. It's a pain in the ass because we use this file to configure our frontend.
