Native Google Maps Android API has heat-map in utility library.

Google Maps SDK for iOS doesn't have it. But, I found library named "LFHeatMap" what implement heat-map for iOS Maps.

This is great works, I think we can implement heat-map for X.F.GoogleMaps using these.

This is the feature I wish the most! I'm currently trying to use https://github.com/alexsorokoletov/Xamarin.Android.Maps.Utils on Android and LFHeatMap on iOS, but having it unified into X.F.GoogleMaps would be great.

Actually I have added this to my own project using Platform Effects (just for iOS at least). I'd welcome this feature right into the library.
