cant set clock speeds

i have namless rom compiled for redmi 1s aka armani

the problem is i can get the clock speeds set properly if i have no other app that controls clock speeds or which tweaks with the cpu

u set the clock speeds at 1.6 Ghz it also clocks down to 1.4Ghz automatically

same goes for governors n i/o

lock freq n governor does not do the trick too i clear app data n reset the device control install Trickster mod n it works with it
