Feature Request: Scheduler & Calendar, Bulletin
A great feature would be the possibility to create meeting appointments which will be listed in a bulletin together with running and former meetings and the dates will also be shown in caldendar. The possbility to show dates and bulleting of child projects aggregated in parents bulletin would make that complete.
Cann't this already be done for example with a tracker 'meetings' that will be displayed in the calendar and gantt, if you want to? In such a issue you might define participants as watchers, agenda and maybe give a link to participate (already possible??).
That is a work around for me, because a tracker isn't meant for appointment scheduling. Furthermore there is no integration with the bbb system, eg. you can't choose redmine users to be invited for a scheduled meeting. These persons and the moderator will get automcatically invitation after registartion or invitation for a meeting and these mails with include authorized join url and also reminder mails some hourds before the the meeting could be implmented. For the new recording feature of bbb the video can be linked as part of the bulleting for the scheduled meeting in redmine.
Another nice feature indeed would be to access tickets in redmine via bbb chat module, e.g change status or ad comments. It could be done via the email interface or rest api.
The team around bbb for android make a module called mconf-web (VCC, Global Plaza) which offers this service in conjunction with adoid mobile device. THis maybe can also reused for generl web conferencing board module as plugin. The code is written in ROR but i am not sure if the Globakl Plaza Code is also OS and or part of the mconf OS module.

Global Plaza
Global Plaza (also know as VCC - Virtual Conference Centre) is a project developed in Ruby on Rails to provide a virtual event service for the Internet. It uses the Isabel system to provide webconferencing.

The Opensource Project is called VCC (Global - Virtual Conferences and can be found on https://github.com/ging/vcc#readme). This could be integrated into the BB redmine plugin to service a full featured Scheduler & Calendar, Bulletin, Social Conferencing Mangment GUI)
The team of the mconf Project already built on top of VCC a integration bridge for BBB, which is called mconf-WEB Module . It is also opensource an could be resused in the BBB Plugin to provide scheduling, invitation, notifications, document (recoding features is in developmentn in BBB at the moment) managment in redmine. That would be a really a big feature. Wow.. ;)
